motivation monday // i hate legs day

I like working out. I like yoga, I like walking or going on the elliptical trainer, I like bench press and other arm lifts.

I hate legs day.

I’m constantly watching the clock during squats, sighing while I approach another legs machine, and struggling through every single weighted booty kick back (kill me).

But, you know. Fitness goals. Staying balanced. And the booty. Can’t ignore the booty.
