Chicken. Bacon. Lettuce. Tomato.

Wanted a quick but delicious lunch post workout and ended up with this. Leftover grilled chicken from last night, bacon from the boyfriend’s breakfast, veggies, and something to put all of that goodness in.
Chicken BLT Wrap:
Wrap of choice (I used flatout light)
3 Oz grilled chicken
1 slice bacon (the crisper the better, right?)
1 slice romaine or iceberg lettuce
I slice tomato, cut in half
Mayo or light mayo
Spread mayo across center of wrap. Spray a large skillet with nonstick spray. Turn burner onto medium high heat and place wrap in skillet.
Heat chicken and bacon in microwave and prepare veggies. Assemble the chicken, bacon, lettuce, and tomato into the wrap and let wrap grill until it reaches your desired level of toastiness.
Remove from pan, roll up, and add toothpicks if needed. Mine was falling apart because I like my wrap nice and toasted.
